Maple and Mustard Salmon
Maple and Mustard Salmon
6 (4- to 5- oz.) salmon fillets
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup green onion tops sliced
1 tbsp. Raley's Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. coarse black pepper
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: about 10 minutes

Rinse salmon and pat dry. Place salmon in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour into bag; seal and refrigerate or freeze. To cook, grill or broil thawed salmon for about 5 minutes on each side or until salmon is cooked to your liking, brushing liberally with marinade while cooking.

Makes 6 servings.

Tip! Place salmon in one bag, then place inside a second bag containing the cooking instructions.
