Creole Green Beans
1 lb. fresh trimmed green beans
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup yellow bell peppers chopped
1/2 cup fresh tomatoes chopped
1 to 2 tsp. Creole or Cajun seasoning blend
Cook green beans and garlic in vegetable oil for 5 minutes
or until crisp-tender. Add bell peppers, tomatoes and
seasoning blend. Cook for a few minutes more to heat through.

Makes 6 servings.
