Ginger Walnut Stir-Fry

Ginger Walnut Stir-Fry
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless pork cut into 1/2 -inch cubes
1 (10- oz.) package Mann's Stringless Sugar Snap® Peas & Carrots
1 small yellow onion cut into eighths
1/4 cup stir-fry sauce
1 tbsp. fresh ginger chopped
1/2 cup broken walnuts toasted

Heat vegetable oil in a wok or heavy skillet over high heat. Add pork cubes and stir-fry until browned on all sides. Add vegetables and onion; stir-fry for about 5 minutes or just until tender. Add sauce and ginger; cook until sauce is thickened and pork is cooked through. Top with walnuts and serve over noodles or rice.
