Hot Ham Rocks
4 round rolls
1 cup small ham cubes
1/2 cup Raley's Sharp Cheddar Cheese Shredded
1/4 cup green onion tops sliced
1/4 cup tomato chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. Raley's Dijon Mustard
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut a small circle out of the top of each roll, reserving the tops. Hollow out rolls, leaving a small border of bread. Stir together remaining ingredients and spoon into rolls; replace tops. Wrap each roll loosely in foil and bake for 20 minutes. Keep warm in an insulated bag or wrapped in a clean kitchen towel.

Makes 4 servings.
