Greek Orzo Salad

Greek Orzo Salad
8 oz. Ronzoni Orzo Pasta
1 cup tomatoes diced
1 cup hot house cucumber diced
1/2 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/3 cup Ken's Steak House Greek Dressing
1/4 cup kalamata olives coarsely chopped
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 10 minutes

Cook orzo according to package directions. Drain and rinse in very cold water to quickly cool; drain well again. Add remaining ingredients and stir to coat all ingredients with dressing.

Makes 4 servings.

Tip! Serve over chopped fresh spinach with baked pita chips on the side.
