Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Toss
Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Toss
8 oz. Barilla Campanelle Pasta
3 links Aidells Artichoke Sausages sliced diagonally 1/4 -inch thick
1 (7.5- oz.) jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts (do not drain) sliced in half
3/4 cup grape tomatoes halved
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh basil snipped
Prep time: 15 minutes, Cook time: 15 minutes

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and place in a large bowl. Meanwhile, sauté sausage in a large nonstick skillet. Add artichoke hearts and tomatoes; cook for a few minutes more to heat all ingredients. Add pasta, cheese and basil to skillet and toss well.

Makes 4 servings.
