Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Toss
Artichoke Parmesan Pasta Toss
8 oz. Barilla Campanelle Pasta
3 links Aidells Artichoke Sausages, sliced diagonally 1/4 -inch thick
1 (6.5-oz) jar marinated quartered artichoke hearts (do not drain), sliced in half
3/4 cup halved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup snipped fresh basil

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain well and 
place in a large bowl.

2. Meanwhile, sauté sausage in a large nonstick skillet. Add artichoke hearts and tomatoes; cook for a few minutes more to heat all ingredients. Add pasta, cheese and basil to skillet and toss well.
