Jalapeño Cherry Salsa

Jalapeño Cherry Salsa
Ingredients
2 cups fresh cherries, pitted
1/4 cup minced red onion
2 tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1 to 2 minced jalapeño peppers
Garlic salt to taste
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes, Makes: 1½ cups

1. Coarsely cherries. Place in a medium bowl with onion, cilantro, lime juice and jalapeño peppers.

2. Season lightly to taste with garlic salt. Recipe may be doubled.
