Lemonade Ginger Chicken

Lemonade Ginger Chicken
Ingredients
2 tbsp. butter
2 small Raley’s boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp. lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 cube Dorot Ginger Cube, thawed
1 cube Dorot Garlic Cube, thawed
sea salt
pepper
fresh thyme, chopped
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes  Cook: 20 minutes  Serves: 2

1. Melt  butter in a medium skillet over medium heat. Add Raley’s boneless, skinless chicken breasts and cook until golden on both sides. 

2. Add chicken stock, thawed lemonade concentrate, thawed Dorot Ginger Cube and  thawed Dorot Garlic Cube.

3. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and cook uncovered until chicken is nicely glazed with sauce. Season with sea salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped fresh thyme. Recipe may be doubled.
