Naan Beef and Hummus Sandwiches

Naan Beef and Hummus Sandwiches
Ingredients
1 tbsp. smoked paprika
1-1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1-1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. Raley’s Beef brisket, flank or sirloin steak
2 pieces naan bread, halved
1 cup prepared hummus
3/4 cup diced heirloom tomatoes
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, lightly chopped
1/4 cup coarsely chopped roasted, salted pistachio kernels
Directions

 Prep: 20 minutes  Cook: 6 to 10 minutes  Serves: 4 main dish or 8 appetizer servings

 1. Stir together seasonings in a small bowl; rub beef on all sides with mixture.

2. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until it’s cooked to your liking. Let stand for 5 minutes, then thinly slice.

3. Spread hummus over naan bread; top with beef, pistachios and cilantro. Drizzle with any accumulated juices and garnish with tomatoes, if you like.
