Heather's Yummy Potato Bake
2 (10.75- oz.) cans Raley's Cream of Chicken Soup
2 cups sour cream
2 cups Raley's Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup sliced green onions sliced
1 (32- oz.) bag cubed frozen hash browns thawed
1 (5- oz.) bag croutons crushed into small pieces

Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 50 to 60 minutes

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 13-by-9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Stir together soup, sour cream, cheese and onions in a large bowl. Stir in hash browns
and turn into prepared dish; sprinkle with croutons. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.

Makes 12 servings.
