Ingredients
12 large Emeril's Romanita Sweet Baby Tomatoes halved lengthwise
1/2 cup finely chopped rotisserie chicken (from our Deli) chilled
2 tbsp. pesto
2 tbsp. shredded Asiago cheese
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Makes: 24 small appetizers

1. Remove seeds from each tomato half with a melon baller or small spoon (a baby spoon works well for this).
2. Stir together all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; spoon equal amounts of mixture into each tomato. May be covered and refrigerated for several hours until ready to serve.
