Pesto Chicken Tomatoes

Pesto Chicken Tomatoes
12 Large cherry tomatoes, halved lengthwise
1/2 cup finely chopped rotisserie chicken (in our Deli), chilled
2 tbsp. pesto
2 tbsp. shredded Asiago cheese

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes, Makes: 24 small appetizers

1. Remove seeds from each tomato half with a melon baller or small spoon (a baby spoon works well for this).

2. Stir together all remaining ingredients in a medium bowl; spoon equal amounts of mixture into each tomato. May be covered and refrigerated for several hours until ready to serve.
