Cheesy Herbed Olive Bites
Cheesy Herbed Olive Bites
2 oz. Havarti cheese with caraway
20 Raley's Pitted Jumbo Ripe Olives (about 1 can)
1 refrigerated pie crust (1/2 of a 15- oz. package)
1 tbsp. Colavita Olive Oil
1 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
1/2 tsp. kosher salt

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 15 to 20 minutes Makes: 20 servings

1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut cheese into 20 small pieces and place one into each olive cavity.
2. Form a piece of pie crust around each olive, making sure to seal completely. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, seasoning and salt; brush on pie crust.
3. Place on prepared baking sheet; bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
