Ingredients
8 slices European Style Pugliese Bread (or other rustic bread from our Bakery)
2 tbsp. butter softened
4 slices Jarlsberg cheese divided
12 slices Nob Hill Trading Co. Cracked
Pepper or Sun-Dried Toma to Turkey Breast divided
8 strips pre-cooked bacon
Directions
Spread slices with 2 tbsp. softened butter. Place 1 slice cheese, 3 slices turkey breast and 2 strips bacon between 2 bread slices, leaving buttered sides out. Cook for 5 minutes in a panini grill or for 5 minutes on each side in a hot skillet until cheese is melted and turkey is hot.

Makes 4 sandwiches.

Tip! You can use slices of leftover holiday turkey in this recipe, too.
