Peppery Steak Bruschetta
1 tbsp. Raley's Dijon Mustard
1 tbsp. fresh herbs chopped
1/2 tbsp. pepper coarse ground
1 beef tenderloin steak (about 1/2 lb.)
1 tsp. olive oil
12 arugula leaves
12 European Style Baguette slices (from our Bakery)

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: about 15 minutes Makes: 6 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together mustard, herbs and pepper in a small bowl; set aside. Sear steak in oil over medium-high heat in an ovenproof skillet for about 2 minutes on each side.
2. Remove from heat and spread mustard mixture on top and sides of steak. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
3. Place an arugula leaf onto each baguette slice. Thinly slice steak on the diagonal and place slices and any juices on arugula-topped baguettes.
