Tomato and Cheese Pizza Squares
1 sheet puff pastry (1/2 of a 17.9- oz. box), thawed according to package directions
1¼ cups Raley's Shredded Italian Blend Cheese
9 thin tomato slices, drained between paper towels
1/4 cup Asiago cheese shredded
2 tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. pine nuts toasted
2 tbsp. fresh basil snipped

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 18 to 20 minutes Makes: 16 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Unfold puff pastry and place on parchment; fold up 1/2-inch pastry on all sides to form a rim. 
2. Top with Italian cheese, tomatoes, Asiago and pine nuts. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until pastry is puffed and top is golden brown. Let cool slightly, then top with basil and cut into 16 squares.
