2 (14.5- oz.) cans pitted red tart cherries drained
1 (15- oz.) can red raspberries drained
1 (14- oz.) can wild blueberries drained
3/4 cup 100% fruit raspberry preserves (or blueberry)
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. almond extract
2 1/2 cups lowfat granola with raisins
Fat-free whipped topping (optional)
Prep time: 5 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Stir together all ingredients except granola in an 8- or 9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle granola evenly over the top, poking raisins under the surface to keep from burning. Bake for 20 minutes or until very bubbly. Serve warm with fat-free whipped topping, if you like.

Makes 8 servings.
