Mexicali Stuffed Mushrooms

Mexicali Stuffed Mushrooms
12 very large white mushrooms
1/3 cup El Pin to Medium Salsa
1/2 cup Jack cheese shredded
1/4 cup flavored tortilla chips crushed
1 tbsp. fresh cilantro chopped

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 15 minutes Makes: 12 mushrooms

1. Remove stems from mushrooms; place rounded side down on a baking sheet. Fill with salsa and cheese. Sprinkle with chips.
2. Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and mushrooms are cooked. Top with cilantro.
