Apple and Herb Chicken

Apple and Herb Chicken
1 lb. chicken tenders
Salt to taste
pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored and sliced
2 large shallots, peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.

2. Melt butter in a large skillet. Add chicken, apple and
shallots to skillet; cook and stir for about 10 minutes or until
chicken is cooked through and apple is tender. Sprinkle
with thyme.
