Apple and Herb Chicken
Apple and Herb Chicken
1 lb. chicken tenders
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tbsp. butter
1 Granny Smith apple peeled, cored and sliced
2 large shallots peeled and sliced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh thyme
Season chicken with salt and pepper. Melt butter in a large
skillet. Add chicken, apple and shallots to skillet; cook
and stir for about 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked
through and apple is tender. Sprinkle with thyme.

Makes 4 servings.

Served on 2/1/2010. Easy to make but pretty bland. Was uninspiring and wouldn't make again.
