Tomato Parmesan Corn
Tomato Parmesan Corn
3 cups frozen Raley's Corn, thawed
3 tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. sun-dried tomato spread
Garlic salt and pepper to taste

Serves: 4 to 6

Stir together corn, Parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomato spread. Cover and microwave on HIGH for 3 minutes. Season to taste with garlic salt and pepper.
