Orchiette Stuffed Mushrooms
Orchiette Stuffed Mushrooms
1/2 lb. orchiette pasta
1 (15- oz.) can Homestead Pasta Sauce
4 large portabella mushrooms stemmed
1 cup Italian blend cheese shredded or crumbled
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well and toss with pasta sauce. Place mushrooms in a baking dish (gill side up) and bake at 400°F for 10 minutes. Top with equal amounts of orchiette and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes more.

Makes 4 servings.
