Cajun Red Beans and Rice
1 (15- oz.) can Glory Red Beans
1 1/2 cups smoked turkey diced
3/4 cup onion chopped
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 cup green bell pepper diced
Hot cooked rice
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 55 minutes

Combine all ingredients except bell pepper and rice in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 45 minutes. Stir in bell pepper and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve over hot rice.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
