Spicy Asian Stir Fry
Spicy Asian Stir Fry
1½ lbs. Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
2 tsp. sesame oil
1/3 cup ketchup
1/4 cup Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Sauce
1/4 cup dry sherry
2 tbsp. chili garlic paste (in our Asian foods section)
Sliced green onions for garnish
Hot cooked rice (optional)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 15 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Cook chicken in a medium skillet in sesame oil until well browned on all sides.

2. Add ketchup, teriyaki sauce, sherry and chili garlic paste to skillet. Cook over low heat for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with green onions before serving. Serve over hot cooked rice, if desired.

Ketchup and soy sauce are not normally gluten free. There are gluten free versions, but regular ketchup and soy sauce do contain gluten.
