Tuscan Tomato Bean Soup
1 lb. chicken breasts boneless, skinless and diced
1 (26- oz.) jar Nob Hill Trading Co. Pasta Sauce
1 (16- oz.) container Raley's Fresh Produce Mirepoix Vegetable Mix
1 (15- oz.) can cannelini beans drained
1 (9- oz.) jar California Sun-Dry Sun Dried Tomato Spread
3 cups water
1/2 cup red wine
2 Knorr Chicken Bouillon Cubes
2 tsp. Italian herb seasoning
Stir together all ingredients in a large slow cooker. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours.

Makes 8 servings. (This soup is even better the second day!)
