Mustard, Cheese and Chive Bites
Mustard, Cheese and Chive Bites
2/3 cup Swiss cheese finely shredded
1/4 cup fresh chives snipped
1/4 cup tomato finely chopped
1/4 cup bacon crumbled
1½ tbsp. fresh rosemary chopped
1 tbsp. Maille Dijon Mustard.
20 Jos Poell Salade/Ragout Cups

Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 2 to 3 minutes Makes: 20 appetizers

1. Stir together cheese, chives, tomato, bacon, rosemary and mustard. Spoon into cups.
2. Broil for 2 to 3 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve warm.

Served in August. Was just ok. Couldn't find ragout cups so used Filo cups. Either way, they didn't look very appetizing and weren't worth it. Just didn't have a knock-out taste.
