Sushi Salad

Sushi Salad
2 sheets nori (seaweed wrappers for sushi)
6 cups hearts of romaine thinly sliced
8 pieces prepared sushi from our Sizzling Wok or Sushi Bar*
1/3 cup onions sliced green
4 tbsp. pickled ginger thinly sliced
1/2 cup Asian salad dressing
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 8 to 10 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F. Place nori on a baking sheet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy and toasted. Remove from oven and break into bite-size pieces. Divide romaine equally in 4 bowls. Top with nori pieces, sushi, green onions and ginger. Drizzle with dressing.

Makes 4 servings.

* Sizzling Wok and Sushi Bar not available at all stores.
Wine Suggestion
A dry Riesling (not sweet) like Bonny Doon Pacific Rim, Yalumba or Eroica
