Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
3/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup tart cherry juice
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. ground flaxseed
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Serves: 1

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
