Dubliner Pub Melts
4 (3/4 -inch thick) slices Pugliese Bread, sliced on the diagonal to make larger slices
4 tsp. Maille Grained Mustard
4 tbsp. chopped pickled onions
8 oz. sliced ham
8 slices tomato
4 oz. Kerrygold Dubliner Cheese (in our Deli), sliced

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: about 5 minutes, Serves: 4

Lightly toast bread slices and place on a baking sheet. Top each slice with 1 tsp. mustard, 1 tbsp. onions, 2 oz. ham, 2 tomato slices and 1 oz. cheese, in that order. Broil for about 3 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve immediately.
