Chocolate Ginger Brownies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside. Prepare 1 (14-oz.) box Kodiak Cakes Big Bear Brownie Mix according to package directions. Stir in 1/3 cup chopped crystallized ginger and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into 9 squares.

Makes 9 brownies.
