Chicken Tikka
Chicken Tikka
2 tsp. each: turmeric, dry cilantro leaves, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, chili powder and garlic salt
6 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 2 lb.)
1 to 2 fresh lemons halved
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 10 to 12 minutes

Combine all seasonings in a small bowl. Rinse chicken
and pat dry; sprinkle liberally on both sides with
seasoning blend. Cook on a well-oiled grill over
medium heat for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side.
Squeeze lemons over chicken during the last 2
minutes of cooking.

Makes 6 servings.
Wine Suggestion
Kris Pinot Grigio - A spicy dish goes best with a refreshing wine. You can tame the heat with Rieslings or Gew├╗rztraminers or opt for a zesty Pinot Grigio like this Italian one.
