Parmesan Garlic Bread Cubes
1 round loaf unsliced sourdough bread
3/4 cup butter
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1½ tbsp. garlic powder
1½ tbsp. Morton and Bassett Italian Seasoning
Prep: 10 minutes Cook: 20 minutes Makes: 12 servings
1. Cut bread into 1½-inch cubes; place in a large bowl. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Drizzle over bread cubes and sprinkle with remaining ingredients. Using your hands, toss well to coat bread with mixture.
2. Transfer to a baking sheet coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 450°F for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden and crispy on the outside, but soft on the inside. Serve warm.
