Pesto, Pea and Pinenut Salad
1 (16- oz.) bag frozen petite pea thawed
1/2 cup red bell pepper diced
1/2 cup pesto
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
In a medium bowl, stir together peas, bell pepper and pesto. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.
