Very Berry Breakfast Bars

Very Berry Breakfast Bars
Ingredients
2 cups organic oats (bulk bin #767)
1 cup organic whole wheat flour (bulk bin #604)
1 cup pecans (bulk bin #753), chopped and toasted
1 (6- oz.) container fresh raspberries
1 (3- oz.) package Mariani Dried Wild Blueberries
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Earth Balance Buttery Spread, melted
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
Directions

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 25 minutes, Makes: 12 bars

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Combine oats, flour, pecans, raspberries and blueberries in a large bowl.

2. Combine honey, brown sugar, Earth Balance, baking soda and eggs in a small bowl; stir into oat mixture until well mixed.

3. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into 12 bars.
