Shrimp and Prosciutto Kebabs
Shrimp and Prosciutto Kebabs
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar
6 strips prosciutto (in our Deli)
12 large shrimp
2 bamboo skewers

Prep: 15 minutes, Cook: 10 minutes, Serves: 2

1. Stir together honey and vinegar in a small bowl. Cut prosciutto strips in half lengthwise, then crosswise. Wrap around shrimp and thread onto 2 skewers.

2. Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink and cooked through. Brush kebabs with honey mixture and cook for a few minutes more.

3. Transfer to a plate and pour remaining glaze over top.
