Greek Chicken and Sausage Kabobs
Greek Chicken and Sausage Kabobs
10 bamboo skewers
20 bay leaves
2 Raley's boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup Ken's Steak House Greek Dressing
1 (12- oz.) package Aidells Sundried Tomato Sausage
20 Raley's Pimiento Stuffed Queen Olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (optional)

Prep: 15 minutes, Marinate: at least 20 minutes,
Cook: 10 to 14 minutes, Serves: 6

1. Soak skewers and leaves in water for 20 minutes. Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes and marinate in dressing for 20 minutes.

2. Slice sausage and thread onto skewers with chicken, bay leaves and olives. Grill over medium-low heat for about 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.

3. Remove to a platter and top with crumbled feta cheese and additional dressing if desired. Remove bay leaves before eating.
