Island Meatball Kebabs
Island Meatball Kebabs
12 cubes red onion (1-inch)
12 cubes green bell pepper
12 cubes juice-packed pineapple
1 (12- oz.) package Aidells Teriyaki and Pineapple Chicken Meatballs
2/3 cup Kona Coast Luau Barbecue Sauce
3 tbsp. pineapple juice (from can)

Prep: 10 minutes, Cook: 6 to 10 minutes, Serves: 4

1. Thread onion and pepper cubes on 4 skewers alternately with pineapple and meatballs. Stir together barbecue sauce and pineapple.

2. Grill over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes on each side or until lightly charred, basting with sauce frequently.

3. Transfer to a platter and pour remaining sauce over top.
