Edamame Chicken Salad
1 (16- oz.) bag coleslaw mix
1 (10- oz.) bag purple cabbage shredded
1 (16- oz.) package Raley's Steam-in-Bag Edamame
Vegetable Blend thawed and drained
3 cups grilled chicken breast shredded, chilled
2/3 cup Chinese chicken salad dressing
1/2 cup green onions sliced
1/2 cup slivered almonds toasted
Prep time: 10 minutes

Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl until well
mixed. (May be made several hours ahead, covered
and refrigerated.)

Makes 8 servings.
