Sweet Grape Focaccia
Sweet Grape Focaccia
1 (1- lb.) loaf Bridgford Bread Dough thawed
1/4 cup sugar divided
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. McCormick Chai Spice Blend
1½ cups seedless grapes divided
1/2 cup walnuts chopped

Prep: 20 minutes Cook: 20 to 25 minutes Rise: 1 hour Makes: 10 servings

1. Roll dough out into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle on a lightly floured board; transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet. Stir together sugar and seasonings in a small bowl.
2. Sprinkle dough with 1/3 of sugar mixture and fold 1/3 of dough in towards the middle. Tuck grapes under the dough. Sprinkle this side with 1/3 more of the sugar and fold over the dough, tucking in a few more grapes.
3. Scatter remaining grapes and walnuts over the surface, pressing lightly into dough; sprinkle with remaining sugar. Stretch dough to flatten slightly. Let stand in a warm place for about 1 hour to rise, pressing grapes down into the dough as it rises.
4. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Let cool slightly before cutting.
