Sausage and Rice Bake

Sausage and Rice Bake
1/2 of a 13- oz. package linguiça thinly sliced
1 (16- oz.) can pin to beans rinsed and drained
1 (8.8- oz.) package Uncle Ben's Spanish Style Ready Rice
1 (8- oz.) package Raley's Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese divided
1 cup thick and chunky salsa
1 cup Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (in our Produce Dept.)
Prep time: 10 minutes, Cook time: 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F and spray an 11-by-7-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Stir together linguiça, beans, rice, 1 cup cheese, salsa and pico de gallo in a medium bowl. Transfer to prepared dish and top with remaining cheese. Tent with foil and bake
for 20 minutes.*

Makes 4 servings.

*May be covered with plastic wrap and cooked in the microwave on HIGH for 10 minutes.
