Roasted Asparagus with Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Roasted Asparagus with Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 tbsp. Nob Hill Trading Co. Aged Balsamic Vinegar
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (in our Deli) shaved (optional)
Directions

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 3 to 4 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Toss asparagus with olive oil, salt and pepper.

2. Place on a baking sheet and broil for about 3 to 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.

3. Transfer to a serving platter and drizzle with vinegar. Top with cheese, if desired.
