Ingredients
- Raley's Fresh Pico de Gallo (In our Produce Dept.)
- Sliced ripe olives
- Sliced green onions
- Canned corn
- Diced fresh tomatoes
- Sour cream
- Guacamole
Chorizo Beans:
6 oz. chorizo
1 (40- oz.) can refried beans
Directions
Brown chorizo in a medium saucepan; drain excess fat. Stir in beans and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 minutes or until very hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally. Transfer to a slow cooker to keep warm.

Makes about 12 servings.
