Brussels Sprouts with Almonds and Parsley
Ingredients
1 (16- oz.) bag frozen Brussels sprouts
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 cup almonds toasted and sliced
1/4 cup Italian parsley minced
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare sprouts according to package directions; drain well. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add sprouts, almonds and parsley; stir until well combined. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.

Makes 6 servings.
