Ingredients
4 slices frozen New York Garlic Texas Toast thawed
4 frozen Aidells Portobello Mushroom Chicken & Turkey Burgers thawed
8 slices tomato
1 cup Raley's Shredded Italian Blend Cheese divided
4 tsp. thawed Capellino Pesto divided
Directions
Place toast and burger on a baking sheet. Broil for about 30 seconds on each side or until bread is toasted. Broil burgers for a minute more. Top each toast slice with 1 burger, 2 tomato slices, 1/4 cup Raley’s Shredded Italian Blend Cheese and 1 tsp. thawed Capellino Pesto. Broil for 1 minute more to melt cheese.

Makes 4 servings.
