Verde Chicken and Potato Casserole
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. frozen chicken tenders thawed
1 (1- oz.) package MPK Foods Mucho Guacamole Seasoning Mix divided
1 tbsp. flour
1 (16- oz.) bag frozen Alexia Oven Fries with Olive Oil and Sea Salt thawed
1/2 cup frozen onions thawed
1 (7- oz.) can Herdez Salsa Verde
1 cup Raley's Shredded Mexican Blend Cheese
Directions
Stir together chicken, 1/2 of seasoning mix and
flour in an 11-by-7-inch baking dish. Stir together
remaining guacamole mix, fries and onions. Place
potatoes over chicken and pour Salsa Verde over
top. Top with cheese; cover and microwave on
HIGH for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked
through.

Makes 6 servings.
