Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Maple Glazed Pork Loin
Ingredients
1 ea boneless pork loin
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper and kosher or sea salt to taste
Directions
Combine 3 tbsp. pure maple syrup, 2 tbsp.
Dijon mustard, 1 1/2 tsp. coarsely ground
pepper and kosher or sea salt to taste in a
small bowl. Coat pork loin on all sides
before baking or grilling.


Need an easy side? Try whipping up
Spicy Cajun Corn by placing 1 (16-oz.) bag frozen,
thawed corn in a medium bowl. Cover and
microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes. Stir in 1
medium chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped bell
pepper, 1 tbsp. butter, 1 1/2 tsp. Cajun or
blackened seasoning and 3/4 tsp. garlic salt.
Microwave for 1 minute more.
