Maple Glazed Pork Loin

Maple Glazed Pork Loin
Ingredients
1 boneless Raley's pork loin
3 tbsp. pure maple syrup
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1½ tsp. coarsely ground pepper and kosher or sea salt to taste
Directions

1. Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, pepper and salt to taste in a small bowl.

2. Coat pork loin on all sides before baking or grilling.
