Sun-Dried Tomato Spread

Sun-Dried Tomato Spread
1 (8- oz.) block Raley's Neufchâtel Cheese softened
2/3 cup red bell peppers roasted
1/3 cup California Sun-Dry Julienne Cut Sun-Dried Tomatoes drained
2 cloves garlic
1/4 tsp. each: salt and coarse ground pepper
1/2 cup fresh basil leaves lightly packed
Prep: 10 minutes Makes: about 2 cups

1. Puree all ingredients except basil in a blender or food
processor. Add basil and pulse on and off to finely chop.
2. Cover tightly and refrigerate until ready
to serve. May be made up to 4 days ahead. Serve with
baguette slices, crackers or
cubes of Nob Hill Trading Co. Focaccia
(in our Bakery).
Wine Suggestion
Pair either recipe with Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, New Zealand Zesty lime and passionfruit flavors.
