Cranberry Nut Turkey Sandwiches
Cranberry Nut Turkey Sandwiches
8 ea French bread slices
1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. turkey sliced
1/2 cup spring mix salad greens
2 tsp. mayonnaise
Prep time: 10 minutes

Lay bread slices out on a large board. Spread cream cheese evenly over 4 slices. Top with equal amounts of cranberry sauce, walnuts, turkey and salad greens. Spread mayonnaise on remaining 4 bread slices; place on top of salad greens and press down gently to compact ingredients. Serve immediately or wrap well in plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Makes 4 servings.
