Boursin Mushroom Puffs
Ingredients
16 small baby bella, crimini or baby brown pearl mushrooms
1 (5.2- oz.) package Boursin Cheese
1 sheet puff pastry thawed (from a 17.9- oz. package)
Directions

Prep: 15 minutes Cook: 15 to 20 minutes Makes: 16 appetizers

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil. Remove stems from mushrooms and spread equal amounts of cheese mixture inside each mushroom.
2. Roll puff pastry out on a lightly floured board to make slightly larger; cut into 16 equal squares. Place mushrooms, cheese side down, on pastry squares.
3. Bring edges up to completely cover mushrooms and pinch seams to seal. Place seam side down on prepared baking sheet and cook for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
