Miso Glazed Salmon

Miso Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
1-1/2 lbs. salmon fillets
1/4 cup miso paste (found in the Natural Foods refrigerated section)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Snipped fresh chives
Directions

Serve over Asian-inspired sesame noodles.

Prep: 5 minutes, Cook: 10 to 20 minutes, Serves: 4 to 6

1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse salmon and pat dry; place skin side down on baking sheet.

2. Whisk together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spread over salmon. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until salmon is cooked to your liking. Top with chives.
