Miso Glazed Salmon
Miso Glazed Salmon
1 1/2 lb. salmon fillets
1/4 cup miso paste (found in the Natural Foods refrigerated section)
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. lime juice
2 tsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger
Snipped fresh chives
Serve over Asian-inspired sesame noodles.

Prep time: 5 minutes Cook time: 10 to 20 minutes

Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with
foil sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Rinse salmon
and pat dry; place skin side down on baking sheet. Whisk
together remaining ingredients in a small bowl and spread
over salmon. Bake for 10 to 20 minutes or until salmon is
cooked to your liking. Top with chives.

Makes 4 to 6 servings.
