Light as Air Ambrosia Salad
2 ea bananas peeled and sliced
1 (11- oz.) can mandarin oranges (drained)
2 cups red or green seedless grapes
2 cups fresh pineapple cubed
2/3 cup fat-free sour cream
1/2 cup flaked coconut
Prep time: 15 minutes, Chill time: 1 hour

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
